He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, having participated in financial transactions exceeding SAR 25 billion.
He founded and serves as CEO of MANDA, a mergers and acquisitions firm. He has also held leadership positions at SambaCapital, Swicorp, and Alpen Capital, focusing on public offerings, financial structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, specializing in Economics, from King Saud University.
He completed specialized training programs in corporate finance from the London Business School.
